  1. Open the EmpMonitor dashboard. There in the employee section, you have the option to add your employee details.
  2. After installing the software on your employees’ computer, now you are ready to check their timesheets (clock-in and clock-out) and productivity reports (productive hours).
  3. Next is the project section, where employers can assign tasks to team members. And also keep the track of work status till the completion of the project.
  4. After that, there you have a report section where you can access the data collected from employees’ computers. It will show you the browsing history, top websites and applications screenshot, and keystrokes from the employee’s computer.
  5. Another feature of EmpMonitor is behavior monitoring. Here you have the alert-based mechanism, which notifies the owner whenever any employee defies the rules/policies of the organization. There you may also create a new set of rules and policies based on your work environment.
